Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TalonBot (the "Service"), an AI co-host for live shows on YouTube. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

TalonBot connects to your YouTube channel to help run your live shows — reading chat, taking and tracking bids, calling sold, answering questions, and running giveaways and games. Features depend on your plan and the permissions you grant.

Your account and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorized to manage any channel you connect, and to have TalonBot post on it.
• You will comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube's Community Guidelines, and obtain any consent required before allowing an assistant to post on a channel you moderate for someone else.
• You are responsible for the content posted through TalonBot on your channels.
• You will not use TalonBot for spam, harassment, deception, or any unlawful purpose.

AI and transparency

TalonBot is an AI assistant. It can make mistakes, mishear chat, or misjudge a bid — you are responsible for reviewing sales, winners, and results before acting on them. TalonBot identifies itself as a bot and does not impersonate a specific real person; you agree not to configure or present it in a way that deceptively implies it is a human where that is prohibited. TalonBot does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. Referral credits and free months are applied as described in the app and have no cash value. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Third-party services

TalonBot relies on third parties including YouTube/Google, Stripe, and AI/voice providers. Your use of those services through TalonBot is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every bid, sale, or event correctly.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalonBot and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost sales, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platforms we rely on.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we will revise the effective date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
